Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain medication administration training per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with self-administration of medications or administer with training.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and maintaining cleanliness.
• Support residents with bathing, toileting, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor residents’ health, take vital signs, and report changes.
• Follow OSHA/CDC guidelines to minimize infections and maintain aseptic techniques.
• Prepare and serve meals, and handle linens and laundry as needed.
• Clean rooms and common areas and participate in community activities.
