Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care per standards.
• Provide age-appropriate patient care and assess data reflecting status.
• Develop and modify the plan of care in line with policies.
• Adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
