Job summary

Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK seeks a day shift, full-time General Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg team. The RN will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care, ensuring alignment with Oklahoma nursing standards and unit-specific policies.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care per hospital standards.
• Provide age-appropriate care across the patient population on the unit.
• Develop and modify the plan of care in accordance with policies.
