Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Medical/Surgical - Surgical unit at St. Joseph’s Hospital - North in Lutz, FL. The RN will provide patient-centered care on a Med/Surg unit, work night shifts, and participate in precepting and charge nurse duties as assigned.

Requirements include an RN license, BLS, and at least 2 years of RN experience; ACLS is required if specified by the department. BayCare offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required.
• Two years of RN experience is required.
• BLS Certification and RN license are required; ACLS if department requires.

• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other health care team members.

• Serving as preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
