Job summary

BayCare Health System in Lutz, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical/Surgical – Surgical unit at St. Joseph's Hospital - North.

This full-time role requires RN licensure and BLS; ACLS as needed. You will provide direct patient care, delegate tasks, and may serve as preceptor or charge nurse. Shift 6:45 AM–7:15 PM, days, every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• BLS certification required; RN license is required.
• ACLS certification if required by department; specialty cert preferred.

• Independently caring for a group of patients using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.

• Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
