Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa, FL. You will provide patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with the health care team, and serve as preceptor and charge nurse as assigned.

Requirements include a nursing license (RN), BLS, ACLS if required by department, and an associates degree or diploma (bachelors preferred). Shift is nights, full-time, on-site.

Qualifications

• RN license and BLS required.
• ACLS certification, if required by department.
• Nurse specialty certification preferred.
• Associates degree or Nursing Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently caring for a group of patients using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
