UNC Health’s Rex Holly Springs Hospital is seeking a per diem Clinical Nurse on the 24-bed medical surgical unit. You will deliver competent nursing care, coordinate with the care team, and participate in education and discharge planning for patients with complex medical needs.

You will report to the Nurse Manager/Director and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of care. Night shifts available in a fast-paced environment supporting community health.

Competenze

• Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
• Licensed to practice as an RN in the state of North Carolina.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• One (1) year of nursing experience.
• Enrollment in BSN/master's program within specified timeframes for career progression.

Mansioni

• Provides competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards.
• Reporting and accountable to the Nurse Manager/Director, coordinates and delivers patient care using the nursing process.
• Participates in education programs, evaluates care and updates plans of care.
• Leads and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care and discharge planning.
