UNC Rex Holly Springs Hospital in Holly Springs, NC, is seeking a Nursing Team Leader for a 24-bed medical-surgical unit. The role oversees staff education, training and clinical oversight, with focus on quality care and adherence to policies.

Requirements include BSN, NC RN licensure, and a minimum of one year as a licensed RN. Eligible for UNC Rex incentive programs, relocation assistance, and referral bonuses. Onsite, day shift with 40 hours weekly.
