Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Possession of valid license to practice as a RN in NV.
• BLS for healthcare providers required.
• ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate patient care on Med-Surg/ICU units and oversee patient care for evenings, nights or weekends.
• Supervise staff, assign patient care, manage bed control and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with staff and administration.
• Coordinate admissions/transfers and ensure regulatory compliance; manage urgent events as needed.
• Provide leadership and ensure high-quality patient care while maintaining customer service standards.
