Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Materials Handler for the night shift (11 PM–7:30 AM), based at 55 Fruit Street. The role requires delivering and restocking supplies, maintaining sterile handling, and ensuring proper stock levels across patient care, ancillary, and administrative areas.

You will input orders into the MM system and support efficient operations. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a Class D Driver's License, with 0–1 year of materials

Qualifications

• Materials Management/Inventory experience 0-1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers supplies and equipment to user departments.
• Restocks utilizing proper rotation and organization.
• Stores sterile items to maintain sterility.
• Prioritizes responsibilities to complete duties.
• Receives materials delivered by vendors.
• Maintains storage areas in a neat, organized manner.
• Assists with stock identification and storage space organization.
• Enters orders and receipts into Materials Management computer system.
