Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Materials Handler at North Shore Medical Center, Inc. to ensure timely receipt and distribution of supplies, equipment, and materials.

The role requires strict rotation practices, stock organization, and accurate data entry into the Materials Management system. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of materials management/inventory experience, and a valid Class D driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Restocks using proper rotation, organization, identification and location of stock items.
• Handles sterile items to maintain sterility.
• Receives all materials delivered to the facility by vendors.
• Maintains storage areas neatly with proper rotation.
• Maintains appropriate stock levels in patient care and admin areas.
• Data enters orders/receipts into Materials Management system.
