What You'll Get to Do

The Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading the maintenance team in providing reactive and proactive maintenance services. The supervisor reports to the Manufacturing Manager.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills. As a vital member of the Maintenance Team, this position offers an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

• Leading the site maintenance team to deliver reactive and proactive, multi-skilled maintenance on all operational equipment.
• Managing total preventative maintenance, breakdowns of mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment.
• Overseeing adherence to work schedules, ensuring timely completion, increasing operational effectiveness, improving project delivery, mean time between failures, and reducing downtime. Executing improvement plans and driving KPIs while ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Leading technical best practices, establishing standard policies and procedures, mentoring staff, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives based on modern manufacturing principles.

Night shift will be from 5:30 pm to 2:30 am.
