Myrtle Beach Seaside Resorts is seeking a Night Manager to oversee evening hotel operations at the Polynesian Hotel in Myrtle Beach, SC. This full-time, 2nd shift role reports to the General Manager and supervises staff to ensure guest safety and service quality.

Responsibilities include checking in guests, resolving issues, and coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs while maintaining company standards and safety procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma required.
• Previous front desk/customer service experience preferred.
• Managerial experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, management and team-building skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Salary will be based on experience.

Work Location: 1001 S. Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577

Job description –

The person in this position reports directly to the General Manager andwill be responsible for overseeing hotel operations in the evening hours.Duties include supervising staff to provide hotel services; implementing andenforcing procedures necessary for ensuring the safety of guests and theirproperty; preventive maintenance and quality control for the property (nightlyinspection/security walk); checking in guest; managing paperwork; resolvingcustomer complaints; and performing other duties as required or assigned.

Full Time - Primarily 2nd shift - (Flexible)

Job responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to :

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to companystandards; anticipate and address guest service needs
• Resolve front desk discrepancies (financial,reservation, etc.)
• Assist guests in making, changing, and cancelingreservations and registering in/out of the resort
• Work with guests to resolve problems by suggesting andapplying mutually aggregable solutions
• Assist guest in making, changing, and cancellingreservations
• Provide information regarding resort amenities andservices
• Work with other department to ensure guest requests aremet in a timely manner
• Communicate with the morning staff on any ongoingbusiness needs from the night shift
• Ensure compliance with Company standards
• Follow all company safety and security policies andprocedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards
• Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics whichinspire team members to exceed standards and promote a positive workenvironment
• Perform nightly property walks and ensure completionand distribution of the MOD Report

Requirements :

• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends andholidays
• High School Diploma
• Previous front desk / customer service experience
• Managerial experience is preferred
• Excellent leadership, management, and team building skills
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient Computer Skills
