SV Clean Inc. in the Denver metro area seeks a Night Manager to oversee maintenance and facility services, coordinating with contracted cleaning crews and management.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license, with core hours 4pm–12am, Monday through Friday. You will visit multiple buildings, perform app-based cleaning instructions, manage reports, and support emergencies after hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to emails, calls, and texts (weekdays and some weekends).
• Coordinate with contracted cleaning crews to resolve complaints and communicate results to management.
• Visit multiple buildings each night and perform scheduled cleaning instructions using an app-based system.
• Perform supply inventories.
• Report emergencies to management or client contact during off hours.
• Email nightly reports to management.
• Build relationships with cleaning crews.
• Communicate via text, email, and phone.

We are excited to be looking for a Night Manager to join our growing Operation's team here at SV Clean. The ideal candidate will have some experience in the Janitorial industry, be bilingual in Spanish and English, and be open to leaning from and working with the Senior Night Manager and Management teams. This is a Night Manager position and the core hours will be from 4pm - 12am, Monday - Friday.
