Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Central New Jersey seeks a dependable, bilingual Spanish–English Evening Night Manager to oversee commercial cleaning and facility-service accounts. This is a hands-on field-supervision role; you will visit client sites during the evening, inspect work, communicate with cleaning teams, resolve issues, and help ensure each account meets quality standards.

You will supervise crews, report issues, coordinate staffing, and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Three years of management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Willing to travel among client sites.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a dependable, bilingual Spanish-English Evening Night Manager to oversee commercial cleaning and facility-service accounts in Central New Jersey.

This is a hands-on field-supervision role. You will visit client sites during the evening, inspect work, communicate with cleaning teams, resolve issues, support staffing coverage, and help ensure each account meets our quality standards.

What you will do

• Visit commercial client locations during evening hours.
• Inspect cleaning and maintenance work for quality and scope compliance.
• Communicate instructions and feedback clearly in English and Spanish.
• Supervise and support cleaning teams and independent contractors.
• Address attendance, call-out, supply, equipment, and service issues.
• Complete inspection reports and communicate urgent concerns to management.
• Build strong relationships with crews and help maintain client satisfaction.

What we are looking for

• Fluent or highly proficient in both Spanish and English.
• Previous supervisory, team-lead, foreman, or crew-lead experience.
• Janitorial, commercial cleaning, facilities, building maintenance, or related experience preferred.
• Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable traveling among assigned client sites.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently during evening hours.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for texts, photos, checklists, and reporting.

Schedule and compensation

• Monday through Friday.
• Evening shift starting at 5:00 PM.
• Approximately 4–6 hours per night.
• $25 to $27 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement
• Opportunity for advancement into a larger operations-management role.

Position Requirements

• Typical working hours 5pm - 11pm.
• High school diploma required or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry.
• Three years of prior experience in management; coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or locations.
• Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement.
• Bilingual Spanish is a must
• Handyman, carpet cleaning, strip/wax, etc. or other relevant experience a plus
