Qualifikationen

• High school or equivalent education required.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Front Desk Agent or Night Auditor in luxury hospitality, with leadership preferred.
• Proficient in OPERA PMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Willingness to work overnights, weekends and holidays; bilinguals a plus.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests and check in/out following procedures, ensuring information is accurate.
• Balance nightly hotel charges, revenue, and cashier reports with accuracy.
• Audit reports and transmit daily management documentation and credit card batches.
• Lead the overnight Front Desk team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Train and coach Front Desk Agents on check-in/out, OPERA PMS, and cash handling.
• Serve as liaison for emergencies and guest issues during night shift.
• Monitor room availability, overbooking, and guest relocation in coordination with management.
• Document incidents in shift logs and report to Night Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel operations and surrounding area activities.
