Job summary

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a talented hourly Assistant Manager who is passionate about food quality, service, and community. In this role you will lead a team, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure menu items from scratch breads and pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches are prepared with honest ingredients.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year of fast paced restaurant/retail leadership experience.
• Must maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handler and sanitation standards.
• Experience meeting operational goals and improving guest experiences.
• Requires continuous standing/walking, ability to lift heavy items.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team delivering quality baked breads, pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches.

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is currently looking for a talented full or part-time Hourly Assistant Manager who is as passionate about food quality, customer service, & community as we are at Kneaders! • Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards
• Experience with meeting operational goals, & thinking beyond what has already been done to create a better experience for teams & customers
• Requires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift, with limited opportunities for sitting. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation is required
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment, ingredients, and supplies
