Job summary

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a talented Hourly Assistant Manager for a full or part-time role. You will lead a dynamic team offering from-scratch breads, pastries, soups, salads and sandwiches, all made with honest ingredients.

The successful candidate will focus on leadership, guest experience, and teamwork, while managing scheduling, inventory, and compliance. Saturday to Sunday operations include Sunday closures and a strong hourly wage.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of fast paced restaurant/retail leadership experience
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards
• Experience with meeting operational goals, & thinking beyond what has already been done to create a better experience for teams & customers
• Requires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift, with limited opportunities for sitting. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation is required
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment, ingredients, and supplies
• You must be at least 18 years of age to be qualified for this position
