Job summary

The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee seeks a dynamic Night Manager to oversee overnight operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will act as Manager on Duty, ensuring a seamless, safe, and memorable stay for guests and team members.

Responsibilities include resolving guest concerns quickly, leading during emergencies, and maintaining hotel quality through nightly inspections of rooms and public areas. You will guide a team with professionalism and hospitality at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience required; supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to professionally resolve guest concerns and create positive experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, while maintaining professionalism and accountability.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Comfort using hotel technology, computers, and communication systems.

The Pfister Hotel is seeking a dynamic Night Manager to oversee overnight operations and provide exceptional guest experiences. You will manage hotel operations, address guest concerns, and ensure a safe, seamless, and memorable experience for both guests and team members.

Built in 1893, The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee has been a hotel icon for over 130 years. As one of the best hotels in Milwaukee and the Midwest, we continue to celebrate a grand tradition of gracious service and impeccable style. What you will be doing

Job Type: Salary, Exempt

Pay Rate: $60,000-$68,000 based on experience
