Job summary

Buc-ee's, Ltd. is seeking a Night Manager in Lake Jackson, TX. You will supervise store personnel, ensure product quality, and promote customer service while maintaining safety and compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Illustrate competent knowledge of various Point Of Sale and transactional devices.
• Reconcile multiple shift reports.
• Resolve customer issues in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assign and inspect elements listed on shift duty list.
• Communicate professionally with the Store General Manager and employees.
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance.

The applicant must have the ability to manage store personnel, ensure product quality, and promote customer service.
