• Perform duties and responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence
• Illustrate knowledge of various Point Of Sale devices and transactions

• Resolve customer issues in a friendly and professional manner
• Assign and inspect shift duty list items
• Communicate professionally with the Store General Manager and employees
• Understand and apply federal, state, and local laws as they apply to retail sales and general employment matters

• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Interact professionally with team members

• Maintain regular and prompt attendance
