P&K Stone, LLC is seeking a Night Maintenance Technician for the Mill Creek, OK site. This full-time, on-site role focuses on maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting aggregates processing and plant equipment during night shifts to ensure continuous, safe operation.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and documenting activities. The role may assist in parts inventory and support improvement projects while following all safety policies.

P&K Stone, LLC is a regional provider of construction aggregates, operating natural aggregate quarries in Chico, Texas and Mill Creek, Oklahoma, as well as recyclers in Denton and Waxahachie, Texas.

Role Description

The Night Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role based at P&K Stone’s Mill Creek, OK operation. This role is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting aggregates processing and plant equipment during night shifts to ensure continuous, safe operation. Daily tasks include performing preventive maintenance, inspecting machinery for wear or damage, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and completing timely repairs on conveyors, crushers, loaders, and related systems. The technician will document maintenance activities, coordinate with production staff on equipment downtime, and follow all safety policies and procedures. This position may also assist in parts inventory, support improvement projects, and help implement maintenance best practices across the site.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance for heavy aggregates or industrial machinery.
• Ability to perform Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair on mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs, including scheduled inspections, lubrication, and component replacement.
• Knowledge of safe work practices, including lockout/tagout, hazard recognition, and adherence to MSHA or similar standards.
• Previous experience as a maintenance technician, mechanic, or similar role in mining, aggregates, construction, or industrial environments preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts on-site in Mill Creek, OK, including standing, lifting, and working in outdoor and dusty conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to work independently and as part of a team.

• 12 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
