Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor crushing, screening, conveying and other plant equipment.
• Monitor material flow and production throughout the night shift.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and identify maintenance issues.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and plant cleanup.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Communicate issues with supervisors and maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep plant operations efficient.

P&K Stone, LLC is a regional provider of construction aggregates, operating natural aggregate quarries in Chico, Texas and Mill Creek, Oklahoma, as well as recyclers in Denton and Waxahachie, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor crushing, screening, conveying, and other plant equipment.
• Monitor material flow and production throughout the night shift.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and identify potential maintenance issues.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and plant cleanup.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Communicate equipment and production issues with supervisors and maintenance personnel.
• Work closely with other team members to maintain efficient plant operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous aggregate, mining, construction, or heavy-equipment experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work safely around heavy machinery.
• Dependable and able to work scheduled night shifts.
