Qualifications

• Maintenance-oriented role focusing on cleanliness and equipment care.
• Support to management with tools and training to succeed.
• Physical tasks typical of restaurant maintenance including cleaning and light repairs.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily
• Maintain outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
