Job summary

Perrigo Company plc is seeking a maintenance supervisor for a 10:00pm–6:30am shift (Sun–Thu) to lead technicians and maintenance staff in our New York operations. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, safety, and ensuring production schedules are met.

The starting base salary is $85,000, with opportunities to drive cost and quality improvements within a GMP framework. Responsibilities include directing personnel, supporting change control, maintaining parts inventory, and mentoring staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years supervision experience in industrial maintenance.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Experience using CMMS and maintenance planning.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, safety and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Direct technicians and staff to meet production schedules and quality targets.
• Support change control, validation, and engineering standards.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and service company assets.
• Promote safe, cost-efficient operations and compliance with regulations.
• Lead continuous improvement using Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma methods.
