• Lead delivery of nursing services and coordinate with physicians and staff.
• Review and update Nursing Service Procedures Manual as needed.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents and complete related documentation.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician and verify resident identity.
