The Pines at Placerville Healthcare Center in Placerville, CA is hiring a full-time LVN for a nocturnal NOC shift. You will provide direct nursing care, supervise CNAs, administer medications, and document care accurately in our resident-centered environment.

Ideal candidates hold an active California LVN license, current BLS, and prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience. We value teamwork, compassion, and professionalism in delivering quality resident care.

Qualificações

• Active California LVN license in good standing.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.
• Passion for serving seniors and supporting their quality of life.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents with professionalism and compassion.
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality resident care throughout the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete required charting and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Respond promptly and effectively to resident needs, changes in condition, and emergencies.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, residents' families, and support staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and coworkers.
