The Pines at Placerville Healthcare Center in Placerville, CA is seeking a Full-Time PM Shift LVN to join our dedicated nursing team. You will provide compassionate direct care and supervise CNAs, while ensuring safe medication administration and timely charting.

This role offers an evenings-focused schedule (2:30pm-11:00pm), competitive pay of $40-$44/hr DOE, and a supportive, resident-centered work environment that values teamwork and professional growth.

Qualificações

• Active California LVN license in good standing.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.
• Commitment to maintaining professional standards and providing quality resident care.
• Passion for serving seniors and supporting their quality of life.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional direct nursing care to residents with professionalism and compassion.
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality resident care throughout the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete required charting and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Respond promptly and effectively to resident needs, changes in condition, and emergencies.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, residents' families, and support staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and coworkers.
