• Maintains bed board accuracy and reports changes to supervisors.
• Ensures patient safety and confidentiality in all patient-related activities.
• Performs duties with professionalism and composure during high-pressure situations.

Education

High School Diploma/GED

Graduate of an accredited school for vocational nursing

Licensed as an LVN with the state of Texas
