Delmar Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an LPN Supervisor for full-time, 3-11pm shifts. You will lead LPNs, CNAs, and direct care staff, administering medications and coordinating care while upholding high standards of resident safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• LPN license valid in New York State.
• 1–2 years of Long Term Care experience required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with automobile insurance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee nursing care activities during assigned shifts to ensure safe, high‑quality resident care.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to LPNs, CNAs, and other direct care staff.
• Deliver hands‑on nursing care within the Nurse Practice Act scope.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and care plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and family members.
