Job summary

Seminole Care & Rehab is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our resident-focused team in Seminole, OK. We offer Day and Night 12-hour rotating shifts, with a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidates and competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN program or school of nursing.
• 1 year nursing experience preferred.
• Valid LPN license in Oklahoma required.
• Valid CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans.
• Assesses and documents residents’ conditions and needs.
• Implements physician orders accurately and promptly.
• Assigns care tasks to team members per resident needs.
• Administers medications and starts IVs as directed.
• Maintains clean, safe, and well-equipped environment.
