Qualifications

• North Dakota IV therapy/management skills required if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care.
• Supervise and document care plans, medications, and treatments as ordered.
• Assess residents and monitor health status and safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Maintain documentation of resident interactions and outcomes.
