Good Samaritan Larimore is seeking an LPN to provide professional nursing care in a long-term care setting under supervision of a registered nurse or physician. You will administer medications, document outcomes, and participate in an interdisciplinary care team to support residents’ health and comfort.

Qualified candidates graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an active LPN license; an associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and licensed as an LPN.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• If IV therapy/management skills are required in ND, graduation from an ND Board-approved AASPN program with IV therapy or an ND Board-approved IV Therapy course is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision of a RN or physician.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles and maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families and team members in an interdisciplinary care setting.
