Job summary

Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an LPN/RN Supervisor for the night shift (7P-7A) to lead resident care and staff activities in a geriatric setting. The successful candidate will apply nursing practice and management skills to ensure care aligns with policies and individualized care plans.

The role requires a current TN LPN/RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and prior leadership experience in a nursing facility.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN or LPN license in TN.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments and activities.
• Ensure nursing care delivery is outcome-focused and aligned with care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and health professionals to update plan of care.
• Communicate treatment and assessment information timely to staff and physicians.
