Job summary

Henry Ford Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Orthopedic Joint Replacement, Bariatric, Surgical Unit, a 36-bed area staffed by skilled professionals. You will work 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, providing nursing care under supervision and collaborating with the care team to implement and evaluate care plans.

Graduate from an accredited LPN program with current Michigan licensure, BLS, and ambulatory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing School.
• Previous ambulatory nursing experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care under the delegated authority of a registered nurse or provider.
• Collaborates with health care team to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Demonstrates clinical competence in nursing procedures.
