Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Michigan is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Orthopedic Joint Replacement, Bariatric, Surgical Unit. You will provide nursing care under the delegation of a registered nurse or provider, perform technical and routine tasks, and collaborate with the health care team to evaluate the care plan.

Shift is 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM. Requirements include graduation from an accredited LPN program, a current Michigan LPN license, basic computer skills, BLS, and HFHS

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing School.
Current Michigan LPN license and BLS.
HFHS pharmacology exam completion.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care under delegation of a registered nurse or provider.
Collaborate with the health care team to develop, implement, and evaluate the care plan.
Demonstrate clinical competence in nursing tasks.
