Qualifications

• LPN license in Virginia.
• BLS certification recognized by AHA.

Responsibilities

• Set up prescribed medications per care plan.
• Administer medications orally, IM or subcutaneously.
• Monitor effects and record medication administration.
• Assist in rehabilitation programs: social and daily living skills; reality orientation.
• Document treatments on patient records.
• Perform nursing procedures per care plan (dressings, soaks, enemas, etc.).
