Qualifications
- Graduate from a Licensed Practical Nursing program.
- Currently licensed as a Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
- Possesses an active CPR certification.

- Completes initial and annual clinical competencies.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes a systematic approach to meet health needs of patients.
- Administers medications to offenders within scope of practice.
- Cares for wounds with cleaning and dressing.
- Monitors vital signs and reports changes to medical staff.
- Documents actions in MAR and medical records.
