Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and individualized nursing care under supervision.
• Assists in health and psychiatric teaching for patient and family.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care plans.
• Communicates with medical staff and coordinates with departments.
• Administers medications with careful documentation.
• Records patient status and reports changes to R.N. in Charge.
• Documents nursing care with sufficient detail.
• Performs vital signs, ECGs, labs, and glucose monitoring.
• Provides coverage in emergency services as needed.
