Job summary

Genesis in South Charleston, WV is seeking a Full-Time Night-shift Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate nursing care to residents. Under RN supervision, you will administer medications, monitor conditions, and support daily living activities.

You will participate in assessments and care planning, document changes, and supervise unlicensed staff. A graduate of an approved LPN program with an active WV license or pending licensure and CPR/BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• Current LPN license in state or pending licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification as required by state practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to collect data, observe conditions and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
