Qualifications

• Valid state license (LPN).
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Interest in nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill; ability to work with both.
• Strong clinical skills including administration of medications.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions.
• Supervising CNAs in delivering care.
