Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel property to ensure safety of guests and employees and protect assets.
• Answer house calls and assist guests and employees with safety, security, and operations.
• Initiate and follow up investigations of crimes against property, persons, or staff.
• Assist sick or injured guests or employees; document and disposition reports.
• Write incident and accident reports, monitor investigations, and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Maintain records including camera monitoring and shift activity logs.
• Assist in checking alarm systems and building security of doors and delivery areas.
