General Mills Hannibal Plant is hiring a Warehouse Logistics Supervisor (Team Leader) to provide leadership for a 12.5-hour night shift, ensuring safe, efficient material flow and strong teamwork. You will drive continuous improvement and coach the team to meet production and logistics goals.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor's in Logistics or Supply Chain is preferred. On-site role with opportunities to implement Lean/TPM practices and develop employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in logistics/manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Educate, develop, and motivate the material handling team to improve skills and performance.
• Lead safety initiatives and address safety concerns promptly.
• Provide leadership to align department and plant goals with daily operations.
• Conduct team meetings and communicate policy changes effectively.
• Coordinate material flow and finish goods/raw material cycle counts.
• Schedule weekly wage team staffing to meet material flow needs.
• Develop performance plans and address corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Planning, and Maintenance to meet daily logistics goals.
