Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator in Moore, SC to oversee the daily movement of raw materials and finished goods in a fast-paced warehouse. You will coordinate workloads, optimize dock schedules, manage inbound and outbound shipments, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires SAP or WMS experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to lead teams across shifts while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ months leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP or WMS systems required.
• Prior inventory control and/or shipping exposure required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organization skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage stress and work independently.
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations and shipping practices.
• Experience operating PIT equipment; continuous improvement experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team workloads and daily priorities across shifts.
• Optimize dock schedules with Logistics Specialists and provide coverage as needed.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments for raw materials and finished goods.
• Perform inventory audits and resolve discrepancies with Inventory Control.
• Partner with Quality on non-conforming material containment and release processes.
• Communicate shipment updates across teams and shifts.
• Generate reports using SAP, MES, Excel, Ryder, and Dock Scheduler.
• Lead Safety and Quality Gembas, 5S audits, and document improvement opportunities.
• Maintain standard work documentation and team training matrices.
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) as needed to support operations.
• Coach and train team members; escalate issues to leadership when needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including RCCA and 5S events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
