Velocity TruckingPros LLC is seeking an experienced Class A driver for a dedicated local intermodal role in the Chicago area. You will haul local container loads from Chicago rail yards, perform mostly drop-and-hook runs, and return home nightly to your own bed.

The position offers a permanent night shift with weekend work included in rotation, strong weekly earnings ($1,200–$1,400 gross), and night/weekend load premiums. Must have CDL-A, DOT card, clean MVR and pass pre-employment drug screen.

Qualifications

• CDL‑A license and valid DOT Medical Card.
• Clean driving record and pass pre-employment drug screen.
• 6 months CDL‑A experience in last 3 years, or 12 months in last 5 years.
• Residence within 25 miles of Chicago, IL (60608).

Responsabilités

• Operate local intermodal containers from Chicago rail yards.
• Run regional turns into IL, WI, MI, IA and IN with nightly home time.
• Follow the schedule, maintain safety, and communicate with dispatch.
