Accent IT is hiring a CDL-A Local Intermodal Driver for a Chicago, IL base. Earn $1,200–$1,400 per week hauling intermodal containers on a local account with daily home time and options for day or night shifts.

Routes extend into nearby states, including Wisconsin, Michigan, Iowa, and Indiana, with frequent drop-and-hook. Some live loading and unloading may be required, and you must be comfortable navigating Chicago traffic to return home daily.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Experienced, first-seat drivers only.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• No SAP drivers.
• Must be comfortable with Chicago traffic and local or out-of-state runs.

Responsibilities

• Local intermodal container operations.
• Runs throughout Chicago and into Wisconsin, Michigan, Iowa, and Indiana.
• Drop-and-hook operations are common, especially at night.
• Some live loading and unloading.
• Out-of-state routes while still returning home daily.
• Chicago traffic is part of the job.
