Job summary

Responsibilities

• Work overnight shift, ~10:00pm–6:00am.
• Greet guests and assist with baggage to vehicles and rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of public hotel areas and lobby.
• Vacuum, mop, and deep clean floors on the ground level.
• Assist night security by ensuring doors are locked as needed.
• Address guest concerns within authority and escalate when required.
