Job summary

Lake Roosevelt Adventures is seeking an overnight hotel attendant in Washington state. The role involves greeting guests, parking visitors, carrying baggage, and maintaining the cleanliness of public areas and lobby throughout the night.

You will assist with front desk tasks when needed, support night security, resolve guest concerns, and perform related duties. Housing and meal plans are noted as available benefits.

Qualifications

• Partial High School.
• High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Strong sanitation habits including attention to detail.
• Able to recognize when a problem has occurred and report it to management.
• Able to work alone and with little or no direct supervision, using a checklist.
• Able to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work overnight shift, approximately 10:00pm to 6:00am.
• Greet hotel guests and park visitors in a friendly manner, provide information and services including carrying baggage to and from parking lot and rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas of hotel including dusting, emptying garbage, picking up litter, maintaining hotel lobby.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and buff all floor surfaces on hotel ground floor.
• Periodically deep clean.
• Clean and sanitize all ground floor rest rooms, replenish rest room supplies.
• Replenish fireplace wood supply from storage; lay and maintain fire.
• Clean windows as needed/requested.
• Check guests into hotel when front desk is not staffed during overnight hours.
• Assist night security in providing security in the hotel for guests and employees by making sure doors are locked as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints within scope of authority; refer to management as appropriate.
• Performs such other related duties as directed or required.
