Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance services.
• Proven experience as Floor Technician.
• Solid knowledge of the 7-Step Floor Care Process and ability to supervise it.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills with Excel, Microsoft Outlook for reporting and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee cleaning of interiors including floors, carpets, windows, walls, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors in offices, hallways, lobbies, and shared spaces.
• Remove stains from furniture and surfaces; clean and maintain furniture and fixtures.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms; sanitize high-touch surfaces.
• Clean windows and glass surfaces; collect and dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Maintain exterior walkways; monitor inventory and request supplies.
• Report hazards or equipment issues; ensure log records and schedules are accurate.
• Ensure doors and access points are secured at shift end; train and support team members.
