Job summary

CCS Facility Services in Glendale, CA is seeking a Night Lead to supervise cleaning operations during the evening hours and ensure the facility is clean, safe, and well maintained. You will lead by example, manage quality control, and coordinate floor care using the 7-Step process.

The role requires proven floor technician experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance.
• Proven Floor Technician background with 7-Step Floor Care Process knowledge.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills for reporting and records.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee cleaning and maintenance of interiors and floors.
• Lead and train team, ensure quality and safety standards nightly.
• Complete schedules, inspections, and operational records.
• Report maintenance issues and equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Secure facility and ensure doors/access points are locked at shift end.
• Monitor supplies and coordinate restocking with management.
